She is very knowledgeable about the Bradenton/Sarasota community and all the changes happening in the real estate business locally and nationally. She also went above and beyond by doing several favors for us when we were not in town. She made recommendations without pushing. We would highly recommend Gail and have already to our friends!

Gail Robinson did an outstanding job! I would recommend her without reservation. I was selling a condo that was owned by my mother while living over 1,000 miles away. She functioned almost as a general contractor with coordinating various repairs and upgrades as we prepared the condo for sale. She went out of her way to accommodate a potential buyer to show her the property and even drove her 45 minutes each way to and from the property on very short notice. Could not recommend her more highly.

They both sold quickly after staging the properties as she instructed us to do. Less is more as they say.
