Gail did an outstanding job helping us to purchase our new condo. There were a couple of hurdles that we needed to overcome and Gail went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly to get us to close in record time. My wife and I made a decision during a winter vacation trip to Florida to buy a condo again. We knew the complex we wanted to buy in--and Gail met us on a Sunday morning to show us around a number of condos. No hard sell, but a lot of understanding of our situation and needs. We decided on a particular unit which met most of our needs and worked with Gail on an offer--which was accepted and we closed 10 days later. This was the most difficult closing we've ever experienced but Gail's knowledge and tenacity won through and we closed as planned!! Highly recommended.

We had a lot of pre-listing things to deal with that Gayle helped us with before she even got the contract to sell my mom’s condo. She had contacts for people who did the work needed to get it ready to sell (flooring, paint, drywall and cleaning) that really helped us as we were selling from out-of-state and didn’t know trustworthy contractors in the area. After we listed the condo was only on the market for a week before we accepted an offer, not the first one either, and proceeded with the closing process which went as smoothly as we could expect considering all the entities (condo management co., buyers and us selling by proxy for my mom from halfway across the country). The whole thing from listing to closing took a month in a difficult selling market for Florida condominiums. Yay! Thank you Gayle for making this less stressful than it could have been.

Mrs. Robinson was an excellent communicator. She always kept me informed throughout the selling process. She got several offers the first day the property was listed. She got an offer more than the asking price.

Gail Robinson did an outstanding job! I would recommend her without reservation. I was selling a condo that was owned by my mother while living over 1,000 miles away. She functioned almost as a general contractor with coordinating various repairs and upgrades as we prepared the condo for sale. She went out of her way to accommodate a potential buyer to show her the property and even drove her 45 minutes each way to and from the property on very short notice. Could not recommend her more highly.

They both sold quickly after staging the properties as she instructed us to do. Less is more as they say.
